Electric City Fiber Survey
The City of Butler, MO (Butler) wants to know your opinion about new high-tech services. Using newer and more reliable technologies that are capable of transmitting high-speed internet services through fiber optic cabling, the City of Butler is considering offering a high-speed internet service connection to your home and business. This new service would be a solution for consumers who currently have no access to high-speed internet or who are looking for an alternative to their existing high-speed service. The service will offer unlimited high-speed broadband internet service for an affordable monthly fee. We hope you will decide to complete the survey to help our efforts.

Sec. 20-8. - Tree limbs and yard wastes—Collection.

Tree limbs and yard wastes shall be placed at the curb for collection at the request of the director. Notice of the collection at the curb of tree limbs and yard wastes shall be published in a newspaper of general circulation at least one week prior to the dates on which such collections are to take place. Whenever dates are established for curb collection, tree limbs and yard wastes may be placed at the curb no either than 6:00 p.m. of the day prior to the day for scheduled collection according to the terms and conditions set forth below:
(a)
Tree limbs less than four (4) inches in diameter and brush shall be securely tied in bundles not larger than forty-eight (48) inches long and eighteen (18) inches in diameter when not placed in storage containers. The weight of any individual bundle shall not exceed seventy-five (75) pounds.

(b)
Yard wastes shall be stored in containers so constructed and maintained as to prevent the dispersal of wastes placed therein upon the premises served, upon adjacent premises, or upon adjacent public rights-of-way. The weight of any individual container and contents shall not exceed seventy-five (75) pounds.
